This property has difficult access to the Q.C. Track

Walking time from the property is estimated at about 30 minutes

The track can be minimal at times and steep. Kulak instructions need to be followed carefully

Access for walk or bike options. Bikes are restricted to off-peak season only (1st Mar-30th Nov)

Our 3rd year in a row staying with Kulak. Kathie and Alan are truly the perfect hosts. We stayed 2 weeks at Blackwood Bay Bach. This bach is truly beautiful. Secluded away enough for privacy, but also a short trip by boat to be in the heart of Picton. Bleau our Rottie made friends with a Weka we affectionately named Larry. He would walk up on the deck in the evenings for any leftovers we had. The water was clear and safe enough for us all to have a swim on the hot days. The beach at low tide, private jetty, clean and comfortable bach made it another holiday we will treasure. Thank you again, see you all next year.

I wanted to thank you for selecting this amazing spot for our short break in the Sounds. The batch was perfect for us and we loved every moment. The light over the water was amazing each time of the day and I loved my spot on the deck reading my book. The batch had everything we needed and we appreciated how clean and well looked after everything was. Thanks for making our days out there special. We will be back.
