A very relaxing stay, surrounded by sea, bush and bird song. We all had a chance to unwind and enjoy a truly idyllic hide away. Gemm is very comfortable and clean plus has all the facilities. Kathie was great, she even provided us with our first dinner as we did not bring enough supplies. We will be back again to repeat a wonderful experience.

We just wanted to thanks you for managing our booking to Gemm . We really enjoyed our stay and loved the house. I was a bit worried arranging this from so far away here in Australia , but it was not a problem and when I had any questions , you quickly sorted them out for us. The area is so beautiful and so much different to what we have been use to here in Australia and it was such a relief to have someone who knows the area and services to be able to give us such accurate and helpful advice.

Thanks for a great weekend! We had a blast fishing and going walk about! Was great to get away from the townie life (even if it was only for a few days!) The Gemm was great! Well looked after and great view.We are already planning the next trip to the sounds

Faces south-east, but decking goes right around the house so you can follow the sun around

Small beach area, though its only there on the low tide

15 min walk to Bay of Many Coves Resort

A wee walk up hill, approximately 3 minutes, but well worth the views

Queen Charlotte Track access

This property has difficult access to the Q.C. Track

Walking time from the property is estimated at about 80 minutes

The track can be minimal at times and steep. Kulak instructions need to be followed carefully

Access for walk or bike options. Bikes are restricted to off-peak season only (1st Mar-30th Nov)
