Please Note:

• The minimum stay on most properties is 3 nights,  We will take 2 night stays, but a higher rental rate may apply  for that property.
• Prime dates that include the 31st December, do have higher nightly tariff and have a min of 6 nights stay.
• Rates per property can vary outside of the prices listed according to the season and the number of people staying.
• There may be a cleaning fee on some properties and could be listed on the Property page for that property or in the rental agreement
• Linen/decor of each property may differ slightly to that of the photos. This is in regard to servicing the property upon the change over after guests and often small alterations by owners from  time to time
• Some properties are also available that aren't listed online, email and ask  us about them .
