Downstairs is a large open plan main room with large bi-folding doors straight onto the lawn.

Main room consists of cooking area, couches, storage space and work bench

Cooking is done on a BBQ, basic gas burners and on top of a free standing log fireplace

No mains power

Upstairs is large and spacious with large bi-folding windows overlooking the jetty and bay

Shower is outdoors, no roof. Very basic but tidy and respectable

Plus a outdoors hot tub heated by a fireplace

Toilet is outdoors and self composting

CD player and CDs, fridge, gas cooker, torches, gas lights (NO mains power), outside sink
